1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Machpoint ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, agents, and visitors of the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a Nigerian resident to use Machpoint. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access full platform features including virtual accounts and MACHBIT crypto wallet, you must complete identity verification (KYC) using your BVN or NIN. Your real name from your KYC document will be used on all transactions. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

4. VTU Services

Machpoint provides virtual top-up services including airtime, data, electricity, cable TV, and exam pins. All purchases are final and non-refundable once processed. Ensure all details are correct before confirming any transaction. Machpoint is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect recipient information.

5. Wallet Funding & Transactions

Your Machpoint wallet is funded via bank transfers to your assigned virtual account. Machpoint is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or third-party payment processors. A funding fee may be applied as specified on the platform. All transactions are recorded and subject to review for fraud prevention.

6. MACHBIT Crypto Wallet

MACHBIT is a cryptocurrency wallet feature available to KYC-verified users. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Machpoint is not responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses, market volatility, or network fees. Exchange rates displayed are indicative and may vary at the time of execution. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed manually and may take up to 24 hours.

7. Transaction PIN

Your 4-digit transaction PIN is required to authorize all financial transactions. Keep your PIN confidential. Machpoint will never ask for your PIN via phone, email, or chat. You are responsible for all transactions authorized with your PIN.

8. Referral Program

Machpoint offers a referral commission program. Commission rates are set by the platform and may change without notice. Referral abuse, including self-referrals or fraudulent signups, will result in commission forfeiture and account suspension.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Machpoint:

• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Using another person's KYC documents
• Fraudulent funding or chargebacks
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
• Any activity that violates Nigerian law

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Machpoint collects and stores your personal data including name, phone number, email, BVN/NIN (encrypted), and transaction history. This data is used solely for platform operations and fraud prevention. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your BVN/NIN is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.

11. Limitation of Liability

Machpoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount of your last transaction in the event of a platform error.

12. Account Suspension

Machpoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posing a risk to the platform or other users. Suspended accounts may have their balances held pending investigation.

13. Changes to Terms

Machpoint reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform.
